The Force 10 Engineered Building System is a breakthrough in construction simplicity: it has been designed to use a minimum number of modular components. Primarily of light-weight galvanized steel, these components lock together easily and smoothly. A complete house can be packed into a 20' container and shipped around the world or even around the corner with ease. Regardless of size, a Force 10 Building can be erected quickly, efficiently and economically, even by unskilled workers, with limited supervision.

Force 10 incorporates three separate systems – floor, wall and roof – which are commonly integrated as a whole. These systems are stand alone technologies. Individually, they can be used in conjunction with other floors, walls or roofs. The Force 10 Wall System, for example can be erected on a concrete slab; the Force 10 Roof System can be used on walls of brick, timber or stone.
